It was quiet and within walking distance of restaurants.
We always stay at this hotel when in Kingman, AZ for the Andy Devine Days Rodeo. A lot of the contract personnel, bands, etc. are put in this hotel so it's a good location for us. And it is right next door to a Denny's which is really convenient and has easy freeway access.
Hotel is old and the rooms show it. They are clean and comfortable but the bathroom in my room could've used a repaint and repair on the shower/tub. But, for the price, it was a good value. As long as my bathroom and sheets are clean, it's okay.
It's not far from the highway. It's clean and close to fast food places. There's a coffee machine + coffee in the room. The service is fairly standard like other motels. The internet was free and the speed was ok.
The decoration of the room is a bit old style. The air-con. was a bit noisy. The painting of the room was old.
Clean and quick in and out of town.
We booked ahead on line and ended up paying 30% more than if we just drove up. Paid almost $50 but kiosk advertised $35.
Position was good. Room was good. Service and workers were very goo.
The continental breakfast was not what I had expected. There wasn't even no bread.
The mattresses were very uncomfortable. I had both hips hurting all night. In fact our daughter and son in law drove home to Riverside, ca, leaving at 7:30 pm, in stead of having to sleep on their terrible mattress. Pillows were extremely small. We happen to be staying when the Oscar's were on and the tv picture was very poor. Our room didn't have a suit case stand, so we had to put our suit case on the table. Later, our daughter brought over hers that she wasn't using.
Room stunk badly. Almost no way to breath. Dirty room. Staff very bad. Might be the worst hotel I have been.
Room was clean, had mini frig and microwave, location was quiet, discount at Denny's next door with room key.
Finding the office was confusing because they still have the old signs from the previous motel up. They have small signs that say Knights Inn that someone tacked up on the walls. However, they are on both sides of a Denny's so if you go to the side nearest the freeway there is no office. And the small sign does not indicate where the office is located. The lady at the front desk totally ignored me while on the phone for about five minutes. My room was on the other side facing the highway and was very noisy especially when an Semi was driving up the on ramp which is directly in front of the building. The key did not work so I had to go back. The lady at the desk was on the phone again and totally ignored me again, not even looking up for about five minutes talking to her manager. I suggested she could have at least acknowledged my presence. I will never stay there again.
The Inn is close to the freeway and has a Denny's located on the property. The room was clean and functional.
Our only complaint was that the heater fan was so loud we had to heat up the room and turn the heat off before we went to sleep. We were in an older building that may have not been renovated. There are 4 buildings and the other 3 appeared newer.
It was quiet and clean. If I ever go back to kingman again I think I will pay extra money for comfort. There is a gas station, 2 Denny's, 24 hour Mcdonalds drive through and a burger king in walking distance.
The bed was very uncomfortable.
Your front desk staff were extremely funny and die to earth. I loved walking outside to see men just sitting on a bench :)
I care less attitude at front desk. Maybe person had a bad day. Hwy noise was a bit high. No free internet was a pain.
